The Consultancy
FRS have excellent knowledge of the UK franchise sector and have established good relationships with the UK’s leading franchise portals and publications, which are the main source of leads for every franchisor. As well as this, we are able to generate unique leads through a range of other activities and marketing placement. The only question we need to ask the franchisor is:
How many franchisees do you want to recruit over a 12-month period?
Based upon a certain degree of knowledge on the brand offer, and whether this number is realistic, FRS are able to accurately predict the budgetary requirements and, if necessary, put together a total marketing and advertising package, as well as handle all enquiries to meet these requirements and ensure that the franchisor hits their targets.
How is This Going to Benefit the Franchisor?
We develop a relationship with each lead through the whole recruitment process, allowing the franchisor to be better informed about where a lead is at, any questions they have, and what we believe their quality is.
Our methods overcome the problem of not knowing how to deal with a large number of leads. These methods effectively prioritise the leads and then pre-qualify them, keeping the brand informed throughout the process. The aim is to only have pre-qualified leads go to a meeting, maximising the chance of recruiting the largest number of quality franchisees.
If the lead numbers spike, for instance after a major marketing campaign, then we can take on extra coordinators to deal with the increased volume.
We will never "hard sell" the franchise. If we believe a lead is not right for the brand, then we will pass on this information to the franchisor and will, once verified, call them to say that they were not right for the franchise.
By working largely on a success fee, whether it be per meeting arranged or franchisee signed, we are driven to increase the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process, and will do so proactively. Marketing mail shots, portals, flash banners, web design, franchisee mapping, software development, presentation design and implementation, the methodology of calling leads etc. are all ways in which we have helped franchises increase their recruitment ratios. By personally working together ‘with‘ rather then ‘for’ a client, we can tailor the specific requirements and adapt to your needs.
