The Franchise Package

What do I get for my money?

Essentially a fully mobile children’s shoe shop complete with a full range of branded children’s branded shoes, trainers, wellingtons and casual brands from trusted manufacturers like Start-Rite and Geox. Ready for you to sell to busy parents in convenient locations such as their school, nursery, play centres the opportunities are endless. Each franchise also comes with at least two schools committed to hosting the Twofeet service so you have the opportunity of earning money from the word go.

We will provide you with a proven franchise package, which will help you achieve the best possible success including an exclusive operational territory, a comprehensive start-up package, and training and support.

Exclusive Territory: On average each franchise territory includes approximately 25 schools with an average of 6,250 pupils. If each child normally has a minimum of two pairs of school shoes a year, without even considering plimsolls, trainers and football boots, that's a lot of shoes for you to sell!

Initial Training Course

The franchise fee covers the initial training. License Fee £9990 +VAT plus Stock bond of £6,000 (fully refundable on the sale of the franchise)

The training course will include the following agenda items:

• Twofeet business generation / marketing
• Twofeet business management
• Shoe fitting training
• Foot health and physiology
• Twofeet operation manual
• Business start-up advice

In addition to the training provided by Twofeet at its training academy the franchise package also includes full enrolment onto the Society Shoe Fitters correspondence course.

Franchisee Requirements

You do not need any industry experience to run your own Twofeet business, however you will need to have regular access to a broadband internet connection. You also must have space to store a small amount of stock, although you will not need a separate business premises as our franchisees are based at home – keeping overheads at a minimum.
