Our vision is to expand Buy & Bite into a leading brand for Japanese omurice and authentic, traditional food from the Far East in the UK and beyond. Since launching our franchise program in 2023, we’ve already grown to multiple locations—and we’re just getting started.

We’re proud to announce that new stores are already set to open in Chelsea (Summer 2025), Soho (by the end of 2025), and Wembley (by 2025)—a clear sign of our brand’s growing popularity and commercial potential.

Our brand, born in the UK, embodies a youthful, stylish, and welcoming ethos. We specialise in crafting signature 'Turnado-style' omelettes served atop rice, allowing customers to customise their meals with a variety of protein options. It's our creative take on delivering fresh, fast food with a unique twist.
