What Is Property Co-Sourcing?
Property co-sourcing is where two people work together to sell a property investment deal.
One person may already have access to a strong property deal, while the other helps package, promote, or introduce that deal to investors.
Once the deal sells, the sourcing fee is split between the people involved.
