How Besnik made £88,000 profit from his first property project

A Sourced Property Partner completed his first property project just months after joining the network, creating £88,000 in equity and a recurring monthly rental profit.

When Besnik joined Sourced, he hadn't even attended his new Partner induction before securing his first investment opportunity.

Just a few months later, the refurbishment was complete, tenants were ready to move in, and the property was generating long-term monthly income.

Besnik's first property project

The figures from Besnik's first project were:
