I first became aware of Totally Wicked when I started using their products back in 2012 in a bid to quit smoking. The first kit I used was the Tornado Tank. After my first inhale I knew this product was revolutionary and would be the aid I needed to pack in the fags. After a few months of use I was off the cigarettes and was sure that this product was going to be the next big thing! I had been working in local government for seven years and was looking for a fresh challenge. I had always wanted to start my own business and after a meeting with a friend we decided to start a new business together selling electronic cigarettes. After my success with Totally Wicked it seemed the logical place to start. I completed an online application form and myself and my business partner attended the head office in Blackburn for a meeting. As soon as we entered TW I could tell that this was a very professional company and something that I wanted to be a part of. After a few meetings with TW and after identifying an area to open up in we opened our first store, Warrington Electronic Cigarettes. We were allocated an account manager, Paul, who was fantastic in answering all our questions and helping to make the business the success it is today. If I have any problems I know the answer is just on the other end of the phone. The support we receive from all the staff at Totally Wicked is invaluable, and I feel proud to be part of the TW family. Now five years later we have three very successful stores and are looking at expanding further very soon.
