What is the initial investment required and what does it include?

The initial investment is around £ 42,500.00 The breakdown of this is the franchise fee of £20,950 + VAT and a deposit requirement of £12,500 + VAT if you're not buying a vehicle outright; plus, around £2,400.00 to cover extra costs such as:

If you're applying for funding (there'll be a small cost for putting together a business plan for you, and for arranging the financing on the vehicle.)
Home storage equipment (if required)
Legal fees (assuming you use a lawyer for legal due diligence)

What is the earning potential for a Cafe2U franchisee?

When we look at the, the network currently, and those that are treating this as a full-time business, which most franchisees do, you should be looking at an earnings figure, in year one, of at least £50,000. That's not sales, or the value of the products you're selling to your customers.
