The Travel Franchise launches the "new" Not Just Travel
Members of The Travel Franchise who train as Not Just Travel homeworking travel consultants from as little as £2,995+ VAT, will enjoy the highest level of ongoing support, training and commission of any UK travel franchise.
With an even stronger focus on customer-led travel, the "new Not Just Travel" creates an improved and natural journey of progression for busy franchisee who want to be the best they can be.
The Travel Franchise continues to win multiple awards for its training programme, widely recognised as market-leading. However, the company has invested in, and developed every aspect of its training programme, to help its consultant network achieve and unlock growth opportunities. Travel consultants of all levels of expertise will receive more training, support, mentoring and marketing tools, each created to help consultants sell and convert more efficiently.
Co-founder Steve Witt says: “New NJT represents a shift in mindset; taking our already expert consultants and turning them into industry Masters. The new and improved initiatives include the mandatory Academy for onboarding new franchisees; highly practical training which guides new franchisees through the skills, knowledge and practical steps needed to get their business off the ground.
The Mastery programme is an optional, intensive and immersive way for franchisees to become “Masters” in their abilities and knowledge of lucrative markets such as cruise, skiing and golf. Cruise Mastery is the first to launch and further develops NJT’s relationship with its Key Trade Partners, as well as assisting customers through the often complex booking process, while providing consultants dedicated support through its Cruise Division.
Finally, Not Just Travel’s first-ever Seminar at Sea will take place in September. An immersive training experience, Seminar at Sea will see hundreds of franchisee consultants benefit from intensive cruise-specific training provided by a number of industry experts onboard NCL’s new ship Prima.
NJT has made a huge investment in technology, including its brand new phone-based app which will soon be unveiled. The app will revolutionise the way NJT engages with existing and potential customers by creating new, streamlined ways of communicating. The app will make it easier for everyone to communicate, share and get the information they need - cutting through the noise of a busy day in travel.
Mentorship programmes have been improved. Already NJT has the highest support ratio offered by any UK travel franchise business as it has over doubled (2.5x) its BDM team in the last six months, halving the size of teams the BDMs look after. Yet it is further investing in new BDMs and support staff.

Franchises range from just £2,995+VAT to £49,995+VAT depending on the chosen package. In addition, if franchisees hit certain milestones, they can have their franchise fee refunded in full. This can be achieved in as little as 10 bookings. The £2,995 Lite Package was initially introduced during Covid as a more affordable option, but it has proven so popular that the company has decided to continue it.
