Voted the World’s Best Lifestyle Franchise
We’ve fine-tuned our proven business model over the last 20 years and now our agents are so successful they are winning industry awards. In 2025, The Travel Franchise was named the Best Lifestyle Franchise in the World and Best European Franchise at the International Franchise Association’s Global Franchise Awards. We have also been recognised as Britain’s Best Home-Based Franchise and our customer-facing brand Not Just Travel won Best Luxury Homeworking Agency of the Year (large) in March 2025.
No wonder famous brand ambassadors such as TV broadcaster Eamonn Holmes OBE and TV presenter Hayley Sparkes (pictured below with our co-founders Paul Harrison and Steve Witt) are backing our company!

And there’s real money to be made…
Our most successful franchisees aren’t rare cases: they’re earning £40k part time and over £100k full time.
Some – five in January 2025 - are even winning their Elite franchise fee back with our unique Money-Back Challenge. Simply earn a set amount of commission in your first year and you’ll get £14,995 returned.
Ready to follow your dream?
Despite the exclusive treatment, our doors are wide open to newcomers: almost none of our members have a background in this business, just a passion for travel and good customer service.
You’ll be in the business of making dreams come true. You’ll take away the stress of booking a holiday, so that your clients can enjoy everything about their trip from the minute they contact you. And you’ll get to choose your own hours and travel the world, too.
The Travel Franchise takes record number of franchisees on trips abroad in September
Find out why two free mentorship retreats abroad are included with every Elite franchise and how this homeworking franchise doesn’t tie you to your desk

Mauritius, Antigua, Barbados, Ibiza, Rome and Peru – these are just some of the incredible destinations that The Travel Franchise has visited over the past few weeks as part of the company’s training and developmental programme.
And the good news is if you join them, there’s even more trips planned for 2025! And while some of them are offered to franchisees at a subsidised rate, others are included in the price of its Elite (£14,995) package.
In September alone, the company arranged no less than five separate overseas trips taking nearly 200 franchisees overseas with many staying in luxury resorts with opportunities to network and attend workshops to help them boost their businesses.

“Not only are our agents experiencing record bookings but we’ve also stepped up our overseas training and developmental trips which means there are more opportunities than ever before to travel and train abroad” said The Travel Franchise co-founder Paul Harrison.
As the number one homeworking travel company for people who have never worked in the travel industry before, The Travel Franchise makes the training, support and development of its consultants a top priority.
When franchisees sign up to the company’s Elite Package - the most popular package chosen by more than 96% of its travel consultants – they are entitled to at least two money-can’t-buy overseas mentorship retreats.

The first free trip, nicknamed the Millionaire's Retreat, takes place in a short-haul location, while the second, the Elite Experience, takes place in a long-haul destination giving consultants opportunities to explore a tourist hotspot and to train in a class-room setting gaining tips on how to level up their businesses.
Last month, the company organised two Elite Experiences with 32 consultants heading off to Mauritius with co-founder Paul Harrison to stay in several luxury Beachcomber Resorts while another 28 franchisees headed to the Caribbean with co-founder Steve Witt to explore several luxury Sandals Resorts in Antigua and Barbados.
These VIP trips gave the consultants time to explore the destinations and the various accommodation offerings, empowering them with first-hand experience and knowledge to sell with greater authority to their clients.
“Our Elite Experiences are seen as game changers for many of our consultants,” said Harrison. “We get them away from the day-to-day running of their businesses so they can access and analyse how it’s truly performing and plan how they can grow it further. This is when we see our consultants start to transform into entrepreneurs.
“These trips are not only beneficial from a business perspective, they’re also once-in-a-lifetime experiences when they get to travel in style. Many consultants say the Elite Experience is worth the fee only.”
Says consultant Pete: “I’m still buzzing, to be honest. The whole week was a great balance between very focused training, some really exciting off-site experiences and even a little bit of relaxation thrown in.”
Both Elite Experiences came hot on the back of the company’s recent Platinum Get-Together in early September when 130 agents boarded Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady and spent one week sailing a round-trip from Barcelona calling at Rome and Ibiza.
With 20 key trade partners also in attendance, it was an opportunity for consultants to rekindle and build relationships with suppliers and get to grips with the lucrative cruise market whilst having fun with other consultants, proving that homeworking franchises won’t have you glued to your desk.
“Our business is very much based on relationships which has been the key to our success and why so few people leave us. Events like this are the foundation on which our company is built,” said Harrison.

A chance for some team bonding and networking also played out on the greens of some of Mauritius’s luxurious golf courses last month. Around 10 consultants teed off prior to the Elite Experience in an exclusive Not Just Travel Golf Trip.
And finally, as the month drew to a close, 21 intrepid Not Just Travel consultants and staff from headquarters headed off to Peru to embark on a gruelling charity trek to Machu Picchu. Raising funds for the Pink Ribbon Foundation, the group will be hiking at high altitudes for nine hours a day.
“We’re really proud that so many of our agents are raising much-needed money for a worthy cause,” said Harrison.
The company has several other trips to Crete and Florida lined up this year and plans even more trips - including a ski trip to Italy in March - for 2025.
“We predict that 2025 will be a record year,” said Harrison, “so if you’re interested in making money and travelling the world, now’s the time to get in touch.”
