Super Star Sport Mentorship Scheme Launches Across the UK
Super Star Sport has launched its first ever mentorship scheme. It brings together some of the strongest franchise directors in our network to support new franchise owners through their early stages.
It is not a sales piece. It is simply a brilliant step forward for our network and something we are really proud of.
New franchise directors still receive full support from Head Office. The mentorship scheme is an additional layer that brings real lived experience into the mix.
What It Takes To Be A Mentor
Our mentors have not been chosen by how long they have been in the network. They have been chosen because they run outstanding territories, look after their teams well, deliver excellent coaching every week and play a big part in helping children stay fit, active and smiling.
They are people who consistently perform at the top. They have strong habits. They understand the challenges of running a new franchise. They care about helping others get it right. They make a positive impact in their own communities, and they want to share what they know.
We have selected our mentors based on the below criteria.
