The Investment

Until this year, four brands shared that unbroken record. Now only ActionCOACH UK and TaxAssist can make that claim.
The latest results show the brand’s commitment to its franchise partners is stronger than ever. This year, ActionCOACH UK recorded an impressive 84% Franchise Satisfaction Score, up from 78% in 2025, with franchise partners giving particularly glowing feedback on the training, support and strong sense of community across the network.
