Drainage franchise with £750k turnover available for purchase

Metro Rod and Metro Plumb Cambridge, which spans from Cambridge to the coastline, was purchased by the current owner in 1995 and has grown to turnover approximately £750k a year. A team of six drainage engineers and four office-based staff run accounts with some of the UK’s best-known household names and local commercial relationships in the hospitality, retail and commercial sectors.

The £250k investment opportunity into the cash-rich business includes the franchise and its existing staff. The owned assets are also available for purchase which include six vans, 14 jetters, a Transit Tipper and a 3000-gallon Jet Vac. I started looking into franchises 12 months ago and dealt with many franchise managers all of whom were pushy and desperate which for me was very off putting.
