GoodOaks Homecare has been named Franchisor of the Year - Expanding at the 2025 BFA HSBC British Franchise Awards, recognising its transformation from a regional care provider into one of the UK’s fastest-growing ethical franchise networks.
Founded in 2011 in Poole, Dorset, by Ben Ashton and Darius Mitkus, GoodOaks launched its first franchise in 2016 and has since expanded to more than 28 branches nationwide. The brand’s model combines sustainable growth with strong operational systems, consistent franchisee support, and a shared commitment to quality care.
