Exciting double acquisition for Sourced Living’s newest franchisees!

Sourced Living is delighted that just weeks after completing their induction training two new franchisees have completed on the fully funded acquisition of two well-established independent agencies, with a combined total of almost 500 managed properties.

Dan Molkenthin and John Clark completed their induction training in February and were both immediately on the acquisition trail to buy established independent agencies. Thanks to the Sourced Living Assisted Acquisition Programme, Dan quickly completed on Crucible Homes, which has offices in Wickersley and Chapeltown and in the coming weeks will be rebranded to Sourced Living Rotherham. John Clark is the new owner of Nationwide Estate Agents in Adlington – destined to become Sourced Living Chorley.
