Rescue residential and commercial property owners
Manage insurance claims, secure payouts and oversee restoration projects
It’s so rewarding rescuing property owners who need to claim on their insurance and restore their damaged properties. Working on their behalf, your business will assess the damage, manage the claim, secure the money, and oversee the restoration projects.
With Aspray your business will have the market’s leading FCA accredited brand and multi-award- winning systems and support. We’ve been doing this since 2005, are ‘Established’ members of the BFA (British Franchise Association) and have franchisees throughout the UK. There is still plenty of prime territory available – get in touch to find out more.
Franchisees can grow their businesses at their chosen pace, with demand unaffected by the economy. The market potential in your large exclusive territory is simply vast!
With climate change causing major adverse weather across the UK, properties are becoming increasingly susceptible to damage. The result is a constant demand for Aspray’s services, from both commercial and residential property owners.
Start off small and scale up. Our top 8% of franchisees are currently turning over between £1M - £2.1M with a race on to be the first to smash £5M!
Successful franchisees come from a wide and varied range of backgrounds. No experience in either property restoration or insurance is necessary, but you do need to be great at managing projects!
Our franchisees partake in the industry’s leading independent annual franchisee satisfaction survey operated by Work Buzz. This benchmarks us against the best of UK franchises, and we achieved the highest accolade.

Aspray placed 34th in the Elite Franchise Top 100 Franchisees
Elite Franchise
Since 2017, the EF100, in association with HSBC bank, recognises the best in franchising. Ranking them based on a broad range of criteria; from their financial performance and heritage to their contribution to the community and the way they embrace innovation.
“We feel that Aspray has truly earned their place in the Elite Franchise Top 100 list,” said Scott English, Brand Director of Elite Franchise. “This definitive Top 100 ranking exemplifies the very best of franchisors in the UK. Each year, the ranking becomes more competitive, and this year has been no exception for our panel of industry-leading judges.
“During judging, we take into account entrants’ sales and growth figures as well as the training and support systems in place for their network of franchisees. This year, brands were also judged on any measures they initiated to survive the damaging aftereffects of the pandemic, along with how they would continue to grow their brand during the current financial crisis. Securing a place in the top 100 is a testament to all that Aspray has achieved over the past year,” added Anita Roberts, Franchise Director at HSBC UK.
The Franchise Industry
Contributing over £17billion to the UK economy, franchising is big business. Last year more than 700,000 people where employed in the franchising across the UK. It has been a difficult time for business over the past few years, but franchise brands like Aspray have survived and even shown great growth during turbulent times.
