Three ‘Partner Business’ Models To Choose From


Associate Partner Business: £20,000

Auditel’s ‘entry level’ business model can fit those seeking a part-time long-term business, or used as a ‘stepping stone’ to upgrade to a Full Partner Business model, or can even be used by existing businesses that wish to become a Member Firm of Auditel’s network in order to support their existing activities.

Full Partner Business: £40,000

The Full Partner Business covers approximately 80% of the existing Auditel network, and will likely be to model that is appropriate for the majority of people exploring Auditel ongoing. It provides scope to your business to get the benefits you want, and can develop further into an Auditel Practice in which you can scale up employ multiple staff.

Auditel Practice: £60,000

An Auditel Practice can be developed over time however an option for an ‘Investor’ is this package where you can have five people trained and supported from the outset with some other additional support tools too.

Auditel’s High Quality Carbon Solutions


Auditel support clients in navigating their path to Carbon Neutrality, but a double-benefit is that it can be funded through the cost savings in procurement from within the business that Auditel also achieve.

By combining the expertise of Auditel’s own Carbon Strategy Group and partnering with British Standards Institute (BSI) they are assisting clients towards the only internationally recognised standard, PAS2060. “Specification for the demonstration of carbon neutrality”, positioned to clients as a simplified 4-step process.

Auditel franchise partners can generate revenue through a mix of monthly retainer fees and fixed fee projects and then also develop a range of additional income streams that will be developed alongside. Carbon is also great for cash flow as you’ll start billing at the outset of the client engagement.

Auditel welcome Eight new UK Partners on their May/June Induction Programme

Auditel’s Head of Partner Recruitment, Nick Tubb delighted to welcome a bumper new group of UK Franchisee Partners, bolstering the Auditel network to around 120 ‘Member Firms’.

Tubb explains “It has been a very busy 2024, following an incredibly strong year last year too.  There are many reasons for this growth including that several of the Partners who have joined in the past year are well ahead of their business objectives, but most importantly the opportunity is simply vast.  It’s such an exciting time, and for people starting their Auditel business presently, the combination of helping organisations with their carbon footprint, reduction and management plans, whilst also supporting around saving money too in procurement and management of business overheads, makes for a very compelling proposition.

He continues “I am really pleased with the diversity in experience and knowledge of the new cohort, it’s a wonderful group. They all bring something different, whilst having varied ambitions and objectives for their respective businesses. They are now in the capable hands of the training and support team, and of course, will soon be fully engaged with the wider Auditel Business Community too.

Jasvinder Singh, from Walsall, was the first to join the May intake. He had enquired through a franchise website before visiting the Auditel team at the British Franchise Exhibition at Olympia in February, as he approached retirement from his role in operations management. He explains why he joined Auditel “With almost 34 years in the public sector, I have acquired an extensive skill set interrogating plans and strategies to support leaders in delivering ethical business operations that provide best value for the ‘tax payer’ and improved experiences and outcomes for staff and service users.”

He continues “Joining Auditel to support businesses in their journey towards Net Zero I feel is a good fit for me and my skill set, and my desire to continue a form of public service that benefits society more broadly. Staffordshire-based Andrew Buxton spent over twenty years working in the utility industry in various organisations and roles and brings a huge amount of experience to the Auditel network. On joining Auditel he says “Over the past 12 months, I explored several franchise opportunities. He explains “After 25 years helping to build and grow software technology companies in various sectors I was looking for a new challenge and I have always wanted to run my own business so I am excited to be taking the first steps with Auditel.  Its clear that the services provided are very relevant, meaningful and valued by clients. Birmingham-based Sukaina Virani is also delighted to be joining the Auditel network. Justin White, from Hampshire, has extensive business to business client acquisition and management experience, particularly in the legal and professional services sector. He explains why he joined Auditel “I have over 20 years’ experience working in the professional services industry helping business grow and bring about positive change. I truly enjoy understanding business challenges, opportunities, and goals, and then identifying and delivering solutions that enable organisations to reach their true potential. I joined the Auditel Network because climate change matters so much, to so many, not just because of the suffering and injustice it’s already causing, but also because it’s one of the few issues that has obvious potential to affect our world over many future generations. Knowing I can make made a difference to the organisations I work with by saving them time, money, stress, and the planet, is the greatest feeling in business.”

Completing the group are Dave Scaife, Chris Gunn and Vincent Marmion. Dave has a background in business development and sales, and combined with a passion for the environment, is excited that the Auditel business model is a great fit for his move into self-employment.

Chris has 40 years’ experience in Commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Mechanical & Electrical Building Services, Facilities Management Energy Management and Energy Monitoring Systems. Such experience will serve him in great stead within the Auditel Network

Vincent, from Belfast, has extensive knowledge and experience in refrigeration and transportation, and will bring some great additional expertise to the Auditel network in key areas that affects both carbon reduction as well as cost management.
