They are always available at the end of phone or email when I have had a problem or a question. Every question, no matter what it relates to, has been answered promptly and helpfully. I have always wanted to be my own boss as I like to be in charge. When I read about Call Agents I saw my dream of achieving that unfolding right in front of my eyes. I walked into Call Agents head office for the first meeting with Lola oozing of energy. The enthusiasm that I displayed was matched by Lola pound for pound. She has been supporting me and has been a pillar of strength from that day to date. It’s that support that has enabled me to bag my first client in less than two months of being an active Franchisee. It will only get better with time. I must point out though that it takes a lot of team work and effort from both sides to be a successful franchisee. If you come in with the right frame of mind and attitude, the sky is the limit. It takes hard work and sacrifices to achieve your goals. I’ve put in both and I can see the rewards of that in just two months. I don’t hesitate to recommend Call Agents as a franchise as you will have a dedicated and professional team to support you to achieve your dreams. It is achievable. You have to be a go-getter to achieve that goal. I always like to use this quote to anyone who wants to build an empire. “ The only people that start at the top are grave diggers”.
