Training and Support
How we support you
Four weeks comprehensive training is provided at our head office in Norfolk leading to industry recognised qualifications for pest control (BPCA) and falconry (LANTRA). Also covered are all aspects of the business e.g. sales and marketing, IT, health and safety and operations. Your customers are invoiced by our central accounts department, which saves you time and allows your focus to be on running your business.
Practical in the field training is provided, including falconry, surveying, using proofing materials and installation and finally the safe use of pesticides and herbicides.
We provide ongoing training and support across all areas of the company as this is essential to the growth and success of your business. We’ll also give you the guidance you need using our knowledge and experience, as well as that of our franchisees, as we have all come from exactly where you are now.
