What does Everycare do?
Everycare UK prides itself in providing health and social care staff to private and Local Authority service users in the privacy of their own homes. They also offer qualified Nursing staff to public and private sector organisations such as Nursing and Residential homes, and have a tried and tested business system that successfully develops and takes care of administration of all these services
The Market
The domiciliary care and Nursing services markets are flourishing, and in the UK are estimated to be worth in excess of £18 billion annually. These markets have also remained generally unaffected during economic swings, since government policy encourages people to remain at home as long as possible.
It is estimated that between 400,000 and 500,000 additional people in the UK will require privately funded care as a result of the latest changes the government intends to make to Social Care funding over the next few years.
The domiciliary care side of the business requires the franchisee to recruit a team of health and social care assistants that can provide support services to clients so they have a better quality of life in their own home.
The Nursing agency service allows Everycare franchisees to supply Nurses (either Qualified or un-qualified) to hospitals, care homes, industry, and private service users and contractors.
By providing fully trained Nurses registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council means clients are getting reliable service. With the growing population of older UK residents, Everycare UK ensures that they are not only "adding years to life," but also focuses on the "quality of those years."

Start up and Support
For every new business their first few years will always be the most challenging. Everycares franchise package recognises that for most new businesses cash flow and start up costs will be a major inhibitor to the growth and success of any new business. Therefore the franchise fee is set at only £19,995 + VAT to cover the costs associated with setting up the franchisee. We believe that your success should be our success and our return will be based on how successful you are.
In order to support your growth the Everycare team will ensure that you get the support you need to establish your own domiciliary care and Nursing business. Our Head Office support team is experienced in the administration of day-to-day operations, and will be instrumental in helping make sure your business is a success. With guidance on marketing, setting up initial contracts, as well as ongoing staff training and Internet and telephone support during office hours, you will never feel alone!
Uniquely, with Everycare, you will also receive dedicated support from an experienced existing or ‘Premier franchisee’. They will be available, along with head office, to help with the recruitment of your key personnel and of your initial care and Nursing staff to ensure that your business gets off to a fast start. Many of our newer franchisees have greatly benefited from this ‘hands on’ support which is provided prior to trading and for your first 12 months.
Along with head office and Premier franchisee support there are biannual franchisee conferences (some are held abroad) and continual support from other franchisees will also benefit your new business.
Mary Cottrell, Everycare UK`s Managing Director said “It has always been our aim to recruit the very best franchisees possible to join us at Everycare. The level of support we offer each one is unparalleled in the industry. This is why we only seek to recruit a maximum of two franchisees a year. The greater support we give them the greater their chances of success which is ultimately the best thing for them, us and the whole network”.
What Is My Role With Everycare?
As a franchisee, you will have a management and administrative role. Your responsibilities include: recruitment of staff to deliver the exceptional care services you provide, organising the workforce, dealing with customers, marketing the business and performing HR functions. The franchisee will also be responsible for training and staff development, and this will include interesting day-to-day experiences and challenges!
The Next Step
You don't need a care background to join the Everycares UK Franchise Network. Although a background in social work, Nursing or residential care management would be helpful, it is not necessary; in fact most of our existing franchisees are from a non care background. If you are an entrepreneur, administrator or business person that wants to invest in the health and social care market with good organisational and interpersonal skills and you have a desire to deliver the very highest levels of service and care please call us to find out more.
Testimonials
‘Thank you for letting me visit you last Tuesday, I feel I gained a lot from it. It was nice to see people who are so knowledgeable and dedicated to their profession, & working in a professional manner. Thanks to everyone at Eastbourne for making myself and Helen welcome. It was a pleasure to meet you all.’
S. Lyden
‘Thank you for being so honest! I felt completely confused by all the information provided by various companies and it was only speaking to your premier franchisee that helped me put everything in place. How refreshing that he didn’t have a bad thing to say about the competition, he just explained all the things that I needed to do before going any further with my enquiry. It seems I have a fair bit of research to do before our visit!’
P. Edwards
‘Whilst we had considerable care experience, we didn’t have any experience of running our own business, so having the support from a Premier Franchisee from start to finish, made a huge difference.’
