I had been unable to find work after slipping on ice whilst working as an operative at Heathrow airport a few years ago and badly damaging my back. Being on industrial injuries disability benefit since then I was beginning to question if I would ever be in a position to support my 3 children and give them a good financial start in life. After working in the pub industry I was looking for something to do which would work around my children.
