Agency Express : How Sam Ralph Became an Agency Express Franchisee

In this Board Shorts episode, Agency Express managing director Ben sits down with franchisee Sam Ralph to talk through his route into the network. Sam joined Agency Express in August 2024 after being made redundant from a senior management role, where he had co-chaired a colleague forum guiding around 2,000 people through redundancy and helping them find new paths. That work first led him to the franchise show at the NEC, and eventually back to Agency Express when a territory became available. Sam explains that he arrived with an unusual advantage, having seen franchising up close at a previous employer, and describes the thorough due diligence he carried out before committing.
