We have an AMAZING opportunity for the right person/group! The Local Guys are continuing our global expansion! We are looking for someone to join us to build the brand in your local country. This will entail learning about the Pest Control industry. Working with us to set up your national support centre (national head office), then recruiting & supporting franchise partners.

This opportunity has many different revenue streams & is very rewarding both financially & personally for the right candidate. We have all the tools, systems, processes & ongoing support to set you up for success. You can leverage all of these tools to grow the business for your dreams with unlimited growth. What Support do you provide?

We start by onboarding & upskilling you. This will involve getting you licenced in the Pest Control Industry.

Once you are licenced, we will fly you to our Support Center (Based in Adelaide, Australia). Where we will teach you everything you need to know about how to set up your own National Office (Support Center).

Some of the things you will learn:

• Franchise Recruitment & Onboarding 
• Franchise Training 
• Franchise Support 
• Franchise & Business Operations Training 

Flights and accommodation included for 4 weeks to Adelaide, South Australia. As well as our team coming to the UK to assist you in setting up your National Support Center Office.

Who is our ideal candidate?

You have a proven track record for success & leadership. Preferably either in business ownership or upper management.


You have managed staff previously. Understand reading financial reports, sales, and business operations. You have at least $250,000 - $500,000 in liquid capital. Have the ability to recruit & support new franchise partners.

You are a problem solver & positive person. This role has a lot of people who depend on you. So, you need to have a level-headed approach & work from a customer & franchise partner-minded focus.

You can work within the guidelines of the franchise system. But also can innovate within these guidelines.
