To be honest, when I first started looking in to franchises it was mainly due to curiosity. I felt stagnant within my career and had been in my current position working Part-Time for nearing 16 years with no real progression route whilst I was bringing a young family up. I researched countless franchises over an eight-month period all in different areas but kept getting drawn back to Husse. Husse ended up being a no brainer for me as I have always loved Animals and they have always been such a big part of my life, the fact that Husse products are Healthy, Human Grade Quality and can even help with Longevity I think was the decider for me and the more I read about the products the more passionate I became about making sure that my 2 dogs and everyone else’s pets around me for that matter were going to benefit from all that goodness. I think a combination of a growing and thriving pet industry, Flexibility and Job satisfaction all combined with the fact that I will have the scope to meet hundreds of new people and also meet and help their fur babies in the process is the icing on the cake for me and I can’t wait to get started.

Having had to close my previous franchise business in June 2020, due to the pandemic, I spent the first 6 months of 2021 researching various franchises, with increasing frustration, but once I discovered Husse, everything changed! The professionalism and realism from day 1 were second to none and I was blown away with the response to the first samples I was sent. The feedback from the owners (and most importantly) the pets was hugely positive and I knew straight away it was an opportunity I wanted to pursue. My previous business had grown quickly but that was despite the prescriptive and restrictive nature of the franchisor, something that isn't the case with Husse. With a background of 23 years in sales and marketing in the publishing sector, the experience of running a franchise before and not least the most amazing products, I'm confident that the next few years are going to be very exciting and rewarding. I'm only a couple of weeks into trading but I'm loving it already and really enjoying seeing the impact we can have on pets and owners alike by providing them with a quality product tailored specifically to their needs.

I spent several months researching various franchises to buy into and was constantly drawn back to Husse, as my wife and I are already running a successful dog boarding franchise I felt this was an exciting opportunity to explore the pet food business and the science behind it. The process from initially calling for information to actually going live was a few months but as I have a full time job at the moment it gave me plenty of time to ask loads of questions and complete further research, the Husse team were extremely professional and provided sound advice and never pressured me to complete the process more quickly. I would have preferred the training to be more personal but obviously COVID has changed the way training and meetings are now conducted, I am really looking forward to promoting the Husse brand in the county of Essex, and having just completed my first show weekend I am very positive the customer base is out there I just got to work to get them converted.

Having looked at many franchises over a period of time myself and Lindsey kept coming back to the Husse franchise. We did a lot of research into the pet food market and felt that this was a business that we could both thrive in due to our love of animals and enjoying an outdoor lifestyle. Having researched the market we realised that although there is lots of competition there are no real competitors. No other pet food business has the same hands on caring attitude that Husse has. We believe that we are the only company that actually cares what your pet eats and this is reflected in the Husse ethos. The initial training was superb and gave us a knowledge and understanding of nutrition that ensures the potential customers are completely happy with the knowledge you give them. The ongoing support has been great with help and advice at all our dog shows and events and this was invaluable as it taught us how not to waste opportunities. Head Office has always been only a phone call away and has been great at answering any queries or issues that arise. This is a business that requires no special skills but only a desire to work. We both started part time which suited our financial situation and this was completely supported by Husse as they want the right people on board and are not just there to take franchise fees from anyone who can afford to buy one. We find Head Office is always friendly and warm and never once have we had any issues that weren't easily resolved. We really enjoy being part of Husse and would recommend it to any animal lovers wishing to work for themselves with the advantage of thirty years of experience to make you successful.

"My dog Max made me join Husse. He is my first dog and, as you do with your children, I always wanted to do the best for him. As he grew from a puppy to an adult dog, I was concerned whether I was feeding him correctly and when he had some skin complaints and I was overwhelmed with a lot of advice from people about what to feed him, that got so confusing! I couldn’t look at a dog food and know whether it was the right one for him or not. It was very expensive trial and error! Being part of Husse now means that I can help people to clearly understand what super healthy pet foods really are, and how they will benefit their beloved pets throughout their lifecycle. We were surprised with the process developed by Husse on the composition and preparation of the products. During our training we had the opportunity to learn more about Husse and with every new piece of information, each new light, we saw that we decided right. Every change and every start of a new job is not easy. We are meeting new people and new customers every day and this encourages us to move forward. Another reason that led us to Husse was the possibility of working more freely and we are mostly able to take our children along to shows and fairs that we will be participating in. Having an extra income while spending more time with the children is very rewarding.

After our first discussion with Husse everything else fell in to place. Professionalism in handling the numerous queries and organising our first meeting with the Husse management team was brilliant. I ordered food to trial on my (very difficult dog) and the result was unbelievable.
