This is a management franchise so you won’t be doing the work yourself (unless you want to, naturally!), you’ll be managing your own professional team who will carry out the installations while you focus on sales, marketing, admin and growing your business.
You’ll be responsible for meeting with clients and following up leads generated both by the Daniel Moquet call centre, and your own marketing efforts, planning and supervising production and installation, motivating your team, managing your business, and driving sales.
The Daniel Moquet business model and training are both designed to help you play to your strengths and develop the rest of the skills you need to succeed.
Training & Support
The training programme is comprised of 3 parts:
- 20 days training in the field - with our teams to visit job sites; shadow key members of one of our franchise teams; gain valuable experience and a thorough knowledge of all our specialist materials, products and installation methods.
- 10 days sales & management training - all the day-to-day procedures and operations required including how to plan your business strategy; how to work with the marketing team and carry out your own sales, and how to manage your accounts and invoicing.
- 4-week start-up assistance – the team works closely with you during your first few, critical weeks to ensure you have everything you need to succeed, making sure everything is on track.
You will also benefit from ongoing support:
- Monthly visits from a field manager
- Quarterly & annual franchise meetings

Your Investment
The franchise license fee is £22,500 + VAT, the cost of the franchise package is £30,000 + VAT (plus VAT). You will need to invest in all the equipment and stock needed to launch your business, and factor in some working capital to tide you over until you’re paid by your first customers.

Meet Zak Warner, Daniel Moquet franchise owner in Ascot

The franchise was brought to Britain by landscaping entrepreneur, Mark Tomlinson, who now acts as their UK Franchise Director and Zak was the first to see the potential of the franchise for himself as an independent business owner.
