Your role:
As the business owner you won’t be painting cars, you will be managing your team of technicians, driving your marketing, and building relationships with local dealers to grow your business. Your role changes as your business grows – once established, you will be the leader, working on the business, setting your lifestyle & generating excellent income from a valuable asset.
Your customers:
Serve the domestic, dealership and trade markets in your local area – there is more work than we can supply, from end of lease and general upkeep, to prepping for sale. Your target customer split is 50% domestic / 50% commercial and Revive!’s processes are approved by all the major marques, are electric car-compliant, and are insurance & lease company-approved.

Your team:
The business model is built around employing a small number of skilled technicians and some supporting admin and sales staff, as you grow from 2 vans to 5 and then on to 10 vans in your first territory. To be successful you must be an excellent leader for your team, adept at managing people and great at communication.

The Sky’s the Limit for Revive! Superstars
Top performing Revive! franchisees have been given the opportunity to expand into neighbouring territories under a new Revive! Executive Leadership Programme (ELP) initiative.
The invitation only MBA style Executive Leadership Programme was launched by Revive!’s franchise growth team last year, and is designed to motivate its star network achievers to reach even higher.

Under the arrangement, ELP members can buy an available adjacent territory on favourable terms with potential money-back bonuses once the new territory is trading profitably.
Explained Ricky Taylor, Revive! director of business growth and business coach: “We know that our top franchisees are ambitious to scale their businesses, so as part of our new ELP initiative, we decided to offer the chance for them to ‘bid’ for an additional territory to develop further. I’ve been absolutely blown away by the response and looking forward to seeing their growth accelerate!”
Already 25% of the ELP membership have seized the opportunity, creating Revive! super-size territories in Surrey, Buckinghamshire, London, the South-west and North Wales.
The newly created Bristol Central territory is owned by husband-and-wife team Jai and Reena Patel. They launched Revive! Gloucester in 2021 and have seen impressive growth year on year. Said Reena: “The additional territory expansion was always on our radar, as part of our future growth plans, but the ELP brought our vision, application and our commitment to the forefront and essentially made it happen.
