Your role:
As the business owner you won’t be painting cars, you will be managing your team of technicians, driving your marketing, and building relationships with local dealers to grow your business. Your role changes as your business grows – once established, you will be the leader, working on the business, setting your lifestyle & generating excellent income from a valuable asset.
Your customers:
Serve the domestic, dealership and trade markets in your local area – there is more work than we can supply, from end of lease and general upkeep, to prepping for sale. Your target customer split is 50% domestic / 50% commercial and Revive!’s processes are approved by all the major marques, are electric car-compliant, and are insurance & lease company-approved.

Your team:
The business model is built around employing a small number of skilled technicians and some supporting admin and sales staff, as you grow from 2 vans to 5 and then on to 10 vans in your first territory. To be successful you must be an excellent leader for your team, adept at managing people and great at communication.

Revive! Recognise Network Excellence at Annual Awards Dinner
The annual Revive! conference provides the opportunity for the whole Revive! ‘family’ to get together to celebrate another successful year and recognise outstanding individual achievements.

Over 150 franchisees, technicians and Revive! headquarters staff attended the 21st annual Revive! conference held once again at the home of England football, St George’s Park in Burton upon Trent on 1 March. This year’s theme was ‘Turbocharge’ reflecting the franchise’s outstanding £24m sales during 2024 representing a 14% growth year on year.
The conference closed with a gala dinner and awards night, where joint managing directors Terry Mullen and Mark Llewellyn presented trophies and prizes to 11 winners across seven award categories.

The Franchisee of the Year Gold Award went to Mike Haselden from Revive! Chester for an exceptional 2024 sales year, outstanding customer service, a strong commitment to developing his business and 20 years as a Revive! franchisee. He won a 4-ball golf day at Celtic Manor courtesy of Appletons with other prizes provided by Sata.
Silver went to Jai and Reena Patel from Revive! Gloucester who also scooped the Brand Ambassador Award for their outstanding contribution to the network. Their prizes were donated by Mirka, Kings and 3M. Bronze went to Tom Giles, owner of Revive! Aberdeen prize courtesy of LKQ.
The Newcomer Award went to Liam McBride who launched Revive! Bolton in November 2023. He also won the Marketeer of the Year award which recognises the franchisee who has gone above and beyond to market their business through social media and PR.
The Customer Service Award went to last year’s winner of the Brand Ambassador Award, Steve Thatcher from Revive! Portsmouth. Steve wins an award at nearly every Revive! conference and was presented with his 2025 award in recognition of completing over 320 National account jobs during 2024 and achieving a 4.97 Trustpilot rating from 333 reviews.
Jay Belam from Revive! Surrey who scooped a hat trick of awards at the 2023 Revive! conference was back in the spotlight this year. He was presented with the Retail Award for growing his franchise to the next level through bringing on more technicians and purchasing another territory. Revive! East Anglia were also highly commended in this category.
Technician of the Year was awarded to Simon Stable from Revive! Trafford for providing consistent sales and outstanding service and for helping his fellow technicians to improve their own skills along the way. Silver went to Zach Phipps-Mitchell from Revive! Surrey and Bronze to Stu McQueen of Revive! Portsmouth. All three won Amazon vouchers donated by Revive! UK.
Commenting at the end of another energising annual conference, joint managing director Terry Mullen said: “In our 21st year of business, we have so much to celebrate. Our awards are a fantastic opportunity to highlight the successes our franchisees have delivered over the last year and I’m so proud of all our winners and finalists”.
