Your role:
As the business owner you won’t be painting cars, you will be managing your team of technicians, driving your marketing, and building relationships with local dealers to grow your business. Your role changes as your business grows – once established, you will be the leader, working on the business, setting your lifestyle & generating excellent income from a valuable asset.
Your customers:
Serve the domestic, dealership and trade markets in your local area – there is more work than we can supply, from end of lease and general upkeep, to prepping for sale. Your target customer split is 50% domestic / 50% commercial and Revive!’s processes are approved by all the major marques, are electric car-compliant, and are insurance & lease company-approved.
Your team:
The business model is built around employing a small number of skilled technicians and some supporting admin and sales staff, as you grow from 2 vans to 5 and then on to 10 vans in your first territory. To be successful you must be an excellent leader for your team, adept at managing people and great at communication.

Revive! expands national coverage with King’s Lynn franchisee
Revive! Auto Innovations, the UK’s leading provider of mobile Smart Repairs, has established its latest franchised business in King’s Lynn, Norfolk.
The company will provide mobile bodywork and alloy wheel repairs to car dealerships and private vehicle owners across King’s Lynn, Downham Market, Thetford, Wisbech and the surrounding areas.
Backed by Revive!’s specialist business training, marketing and operational support, the new team will deliver the market-leading cosmetic repair service that the Revive! brand is known for: a fast, convenient and cost-effective alternative to traditional body shop services.
Revive! King’s Lynn owner Jake Neadley has impressive ambitions for its future: “In five years, we expect to be running multiple vans and technicians from our own facility, with state-of-the-art gear. We’ve already started building up some great relationships with local car dealers and we’re on the lookout for our second technician, so we’re well on our way to building up a successful brand in the region.”
Neadley has always aspired to start his own business. He ventured into mobile repairs after being unable to find a quality local service when his own car was damaged.

Together, the new businesses will help strengthen the brand’s expanding group of more than 50 franchisees and more than 220 IMI-accredited local technicians – the largest network of its kind in the UK.
