Our onboarding and training package includes a three-week intensive training course equipping you with the skills to run a successful Signs Express business, consisting of classroom training and immersive in-centre experiences. Our training includes:
Week 1. Getting started: the signage industry
Franchise Support Centre, Norwich
This part of the course provides a comprehensive orientation of the industry and the wider product range, with outdoor practical training alongside core classroom training, equipping you with industry and product knowledge to confidently sell our signage solutions.
Week 2. Management information, sales & marketing
Franchise Support Centre, Norwich
This classroom training week covers core processes and systems including: operational management systems, the marketing process, financial management, the sales process, health & safety and business development.
Week 3. Live action training
Signs Express (Twickenham)
Week three takes place at our flagship company owned Signs Express (Twickenham) centre providing in-centre hands-on practical training, offering first-hand experience through shadowing of knowledgeable team members.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for commercially minded individuals with a proven track record in management, with sales or relationship management experience due to the role a franchisee takes in proactively driving the business forwards. You don’t need any sign industry experience and we love to see people who are driven, ambitious and excited to run their own business.
