Milton Keynes and Cambridgeshire joint franchise training day!
A huge thank you to Martha and Divine (Respond Milton Keynes) and Joshua and Britney (Respond Cambridgeshire) for an excellent franchisee refresher training session.
The training was held at the Cambridgeshire team’s new offices in Huntington.
The day was highly productive with a lot of important areas being covered, including compliance, candidate training and business development.
Perhaps most important part of the day though was the experience and ideas sharing between the two franchise teams which resulted in a highly positive and productive session.
The next training day has already been booked and both teams are looking forward to meeting up again.
