Dream Doors is the UK's largest kitchen makeover brand, with 100 showrooms throughout the country. You don’t need any previous experience to run a franchise like this, but you will need a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. And if you have that, you’ll quickly start earning a SIX FIGURE INCOME with this multi award-winning, full BFA member franchise.

The home improvement sector is thriving, and with the Dream Doors unique business model your earnings are futureproofed too. Annual net profits of more than £200,000+ are being achieved right now, so you can rest assured that, if you work hard, you’ll earn a substantial income for years to come.

What’s brought you to this site today?

  • Do you want to escape your job and take control of your future?
  • Have you decided that time with family is the most important thing?
  • Would you like to work closer to home, but not be at home every day!
  • Or are you looking for a fresh start after redundancy or a business sale?

You can have all of this running your own local Dream Doors franchise.

And you DEFINITELY DON'T NEED any kitchen industry experience or practical skills.

Your future is safe with Dream Doors. Average annual sales from a franchised showroom are now £750,000+. And that can deliver you a six-figure income. Follow our proven business model, though, and you’ll achieve MORE THAN £1MILLION in yearly turnover, enjoying much higher earnings as a result of that growth.

With around 80% of jobs bought by people aged 60+, Dream Doors has a growing core customer base that has the most disposable income, but is less affected by economic uncertainty or job cuts. And Dream Doors' unique kitchen makeovers, which save customers time, money and hassle, will get increasingly popular, and it's also an environmentally-friendly option too.

Brand turnover has trebled in the last five years with like-for-like sales increasing every year. And despite the pandemic and cost-of-living crisis, the network have recorded some stellar individual monthly performances:
  • £149,552 by Worcester in January
  • £137,729 by Gloucester in February

Most people buy a franchise for help and support. And to get going quickly while minimising costly mistakes! With Dream Doors you'll enjoy industry-leading training and support through a 13-week induction programme – covering all aspects of running a successful kitchen business – that gets you out selling and making money from the outset.

You’ll also have regular, ongoing visits from a dedicated in-territory support manager experienced in kitchens, sales, finance and business coaching. Plus, we’ll help you find the perfect kitchen installation team who, typically, work on a sub-contracted basis. This means you can focus on meeting your customers and making more sales.

Dream Doors only gets paid when you make a sale, through management services fees which are reduced once annual targets are met. This means the more you sell, the less you pay. And, of course, you only pay when you’ve been paid!

Dream Doors releases new customer journey video

Dream Doors has released a new video that outlines its customers’ journey, from making an initial enquiry, through the planning and installation phase, to finally enjoying their newly transformed kitchen. In just three-and-a-half minutes, it shows how the company can remove the stress and uncertainty that surround large home improvement projects. In fact, it is because of the simplicity and speed of a kitchen makeover – as well as Dream Doors’ renowned customer service and trusted local presence – that well over 100,000 projects have already been successfully completed nationwide.

Director of franchise recruitment, Alex Waite, who joined Dream Doors back in 2006 when the company had completed just a few thousand projects, said: “This is another fantastic tool to help potential new customers see the transparency with which Dream Doors operates, and the benefits of dealing with a locally-owned franchised business. Some people – particularly elderly homeowners – are worried about engaging with home improvement companies. They’re frightened of hard sell, unreliable tradespeople and having strangers in their homes. That is the polar opposite of how our franchisees treat customers, and hopefully this video conveys that well.”

He adds: “This production is part of a much larger learning and development project that we started last year. We’re investing tens-of-thousands into a series of videos that not only help customers in their decision-making process, but also offer training and coaching to all our franchisees and their staff. With almost 1,000 people earning a living through Dream Doors, it’s important we give them the support they need in their respective roles which, in turn, ensures we maintain our reputation for providing a premium service. Continued learning and development is the key to this.”

Established in 1999, Dream Doors has grown to become the UK’s #1 kitchen makeover company and is now part of Neighbourly, the world’s largest parent company of homes services brands. It is also an Established member of the British Franchise Association. Dream Doors has almost 100 showrooms now open with just 20 new territories remaining and a handful of existing businesses for sale. The company holds a 9.7 out of ten rating on independent review website Checkatrade, based on over 24,000 reviews.
