Our premises-based retail franchise offers an exciting opportunity to own and operate a thriving beauty salon. As a Guinot franchisee, your salon will deliver premium services—including facials, body treatments, waxing, and nails—paired with our exclusive Guinot homecare products from a fixed location. With a focus on skincare excellence, this model is designed to drive growth in the facial segment and position your salon as the ultimate destination for clients seeking results-driven beauty.
We offer two opportunities:

As a franchisee, you are responsible for your salon’s success. Owner-operators must dedicate at least two full days per week to management tasks. If running the salon as an investment, you must employ a qualified manager who has completed the required training and works a minimum of three full days per week.
Ultimately, you remain accountable for the performance of your franchise.

Guinot Franchise International Seminar: Chantilly
Saturday 29th November, the Guinot Franchise Network and members from the Guinot Franchise team and management arrived in Chantilly for Guinot Mary Cohr International Franchise Conference.
This year’s international seminar allowed the global network to connect and network with each other, as well as an opportunity to spend time and other best practices learnt from the global network. During the seminar Guinot Mary Cohr showcased treatments and products launching in 2026 as well as strategy for the Franchise Network – with franchisees leaving the seminar excited for the launch of an updated hero treatment Hydradermie 1000.
The 2-day seminar allows for business scoping for 2026 with the UK business team, awards celebrations to celebrate the international Franchise network as well as some moments of fun and enjoyment for all, not limited until dancing the night away with the Franchise team and network
