fit20 is continuing its strong UK expansion, and we’re delighted to announce that our 16th studio will be opening in Glossop in January 2026, led by new franchisee Kate Thorpe.
Kate’s journey to fit20 is an inspiring one. After two decades as a Solicitor in the Legal Profession, she retrained in the field of psychotherapy to become an Integrative Therapist and Coach. Kate is driven by a passion for helping others improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Now, through fit20, Kate is combining her professional expertise with her personal mission to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, both physically and mentally.
