No Letting Go is established as the largest national provider of property reporting to the lettings industry – come and join an award winning team!

Are you looking for a business opportunity, with low up front costs and high rewards, in a solid growth sector? If yes, read on!

Who Are We

We have been providing property inventory and related reports for the rental market for the last 11 years.
This is a tried and tested business model which can generate an income of £50,000 to £150,0000 through the landlord and rental agent market.

Our national reputation for providing quality property reports, accompanied by excellent customer service, has led to sustained growth since our inception with a growing number of national accounts.

In 2016 we won an award in the coveted Sunday Times Awards, for Supplier of the Year, which is based on feedback from our letting agent customers. In 2017 Rachel Farr owner of No Letting Go (Bath) was runner up in the Natwest EWIF (encouraging women in franchising) Awards, for her sustained business volume and customer service. This year we have been shortlisted for Agent Supplier of The Year, by The Negotiator.

The Market

There are 1.88 million landlords in the UK, and between them they own 5 million properties with an average tenancy of 16.5 months.
The average potential spend on No Letting Go services is estimated at £236 per tenancy. This means the inventory market is worth up to £700 million per annum.

The proportion of households living in the private rented sector has doubled over the last decade, and this growth is set to continue with expectations that nearly 1 in 4 households will be renting by 2021.

Whether you are looking to start a new business or buy a business, we have many available areas across the UK.

Case Studies

Daniel Proctor and Sophie Holden

Daniel purchased Gravesend and Dartford in May 2016, and has recently purchased a second area. “One of the great aspects of the franchise is the fact that we work for ourselves, but with the support of a wider team at Head Office. We love the fact that the job role is so flexible and there is great potential for growth”.

Chris Ford

“I was looking for a franchise, and No Letting Go provide a low cost set up and a quick return on investment. I have purchased the Islington franchise, and very quickly took an additional clerk to manage the jobs coming in, and am in the process of recruiting a second.”

A franchisee for No Letting Go Plymouth shares her experience of starting a business during a pandemic

Take a look at the conversation between our prospect and Sue Cooper who joined No Letting Go last year:

What made you choose No Letting Go?

I chose No Letting Go because I met Nikki Wakeford! She is a great ambassador of the company and I felt totally at ease with her. I found her honest and to the point about all aspects of running a franchise. Also, if I am honest, it was a relatively low start up which was another incentive.

How did you finally take the plunge?

I did some research about my competitors and what agents were in my area. I have always owned my own property and I had no idea about the rental market and the scale of it. I used to work in the industry many moons back, but again, that was in sales. I felt there was huge potential and decided to give it a go.

What has been your biggest challenge along the way? Any regrets?

My biggest challenge has been and is Covid-19. I joined in April 2020 but could not start trading until June due to the restrictions. In a normal climate, we could physically go into agents and sell our services, but now it is so much harder to market, having said that it is not impossible.

How long until you broke even?

I have been trading since the end of June 2020 and it only took me a couple of months to break even.

How do you find working with letting agents?

Despite what I said regarding marketing above, it is not such a hard sell. The quality of the reports we produce are so much more comprehensive than most, if not all of our competitors. So once they have used us they tend to come back. I am still learning (don't think that will ever stop) all of the different technical terms to make my reports stand out. I try to be flexible and accommodating and strive to give a personal service with good customer care at the forefront of all I do. I think as long as I do that, the agents and landlords will be happy.

Anything else you could share about your experience would be amazing

I can not rate the company any higher! Such approachable people that are there to help us every step of the way.

If I can do anything to help, just give me a shout.
