Breaking Ground: Sourced Living Leaps Forward with Five Agents in Lettings Sector
The Sourced Group, a leading property investment and management company, proudly announces the expansion of its franchise network with the addition of its first five agents in its newest arm of the business, Sourced Living.
The Sourced Group, established in 2017, already has a thriving franchise which enables over 220 individuals to grow their own property investment businesses, employing various strategies. The new lettings division, Sourced Living, presents franchisees with the chance to generate recurring revenue surpassing £100k annually.
The new Sourced Living agents are spread across the country, including the West Midlands, Somerset, Yorkshire, Gloucestershire and Hampshire and have just undergone their induction training.
Jason Kay is joined in his new venture by his daughter and Lettings Manager, Melissa Kay who are based in Hull. Ravi Nagra has started operating in Coventry, while Mark and Lisa Bailey, a husband-and-wife team, establish their presence in Bristol. Business partners, Sara Watkins-Schmidt and Nick Stentiford have swiftly acquired several new landlords from a nearby Sourced development in Taunton. Lastly, Nigel Guppy, Faye Guppy, and Julie Rodriguez unite their efforts in the Hampshire region.
As a Sourced Living agent, the newbies will leverage the company's proven systems and resources to deliver top-notch property management services to their communities. As part of their package, they are equipped with industry leading tech such as Payprop, Verismart and Fixflo to name a few.
The new agents not only benefit from the training and support provided by Sourced, but they can also can take advantage of the acquisition funding that Sourced Living franchisees, enabling them to purchase property management portfolios. Jason Kay, in Hull has already taken advantage and has purchased a HMO property management portfolio of over 250 units from local agent Higson Homes, who decided to focus more on traditional residential lets and their property sales business.
