Kitchen Makeovers brought together franchisees, suppliers and their head office team from across the UK for its annual conference at Cranfield, Milton Keynes on Friday 5th June, celebrating another year of growth, collaboration, and franchisee success.
With a network now spanning more than 40 franchisees nationwide, the conference provided an opportunity to reflect on achievements from the past 12 months, share best practices, and equip franchisees with new ideas and strategies to support future growth.
“The annual conference is always one of the highlights of the year,” said Will Frankling, co-founder of Kitchen Makeovers. “It allows us to bring the entire network together, celebrate achievements, learn from one another and strengthen the relationships that make the business so successful.”
The daytime conference featured supplier speed networking sessions with key partners, alongside exhibition stands, networking opportunities and presentations from guest speakers.
A key part of the programme was delivered by Berkeley Harris of Sandler Training, who provided an upbeat and motivational contribution to the conference across two sessions focused on strategy, structure, skills and staff development. Having trained sales, management and leadership teams around the world, Berkeley shared practical insights designed to help franchisees strengthen their businesses and leave the conference with actionable takeaways.
The event concluded with the annual Kitchen Makeovers awards in the evening, recognising outstanding achievement from across the growing network and celebrating franchisees who have delivered exceptional results over the past year.
Awards presented on the night included recognition for members of the £100k Club, alongside Highest Turnover, Highest Growth Percentage, Best Social Media, Best Makeover, Highest Individual Sale, Best Newcomer and Rising Star.
Among the evening’s top honours, Colin and Michelle Blackburn of Kitchen Makeovers Cambridge were named Franchisees’ Franchisee of the Year for the second consecutive year, while Will and Charlie North of Kitchen Makeovers Crawley received the coveted Network Champion of the Year award.

For us, success isn't just about smashing our own targets; it's about sharing what works, helping out other owners where we can, and moving the whole brand forward.
