This is a relationship-led business. Your role is spent:

• Identifying and approaching businesses in your territory
• Opening conversations and attending discovery calls (with RMD's team alongside you if required)
• Managing ongoing client relationships and accounts
• Growing your territory's recurring revenue base
• Continuing to build your brand and client base

You are not a developer, designer, or technician. You are the trusted local partner for your clients, backed by a full AI agency infrastructure that handles everything else.

How You Earn

Franchisees receive up to 50% of all revenue generated from their clients, across both project work and ongoing retainers.

Project work examples:

• Workflow automation build: typically £5,000–£8,000 per project — your share: £2,500–£4,000
• AI-powered website: typically £2,000–£4,000 per project — your share: £1,000–£2,000
• Risponda AI setup and integration: typically £1,500–£3,000 — your share: £750–£1,500

Monthly retainers:

• Ongoing digital marketing, SEO, or managed AI services: typically £600/month per client — your share: £300/month per client, every month they stay
