What We Look For In a Franchisee
Care
More than anything else, you need to care. About pregnancy, about babies, about customer service and satisfaction, about making a difference and working together.
Experience
You don’t need to be a sonographer to be successful in this business. However, you do need to have an interest in the industry and be prepared to invest your time and energy into developing yourself professionally.
Ethics
As a provider of healthcare services, You must operate in a moral and ethical manner at all times.
Collaboration
Working collaboratively, developing our growing brand and sharing ideas and experience is a family affair!
What You Need
To be considered, you must be willing to work closely with us to establish and grow your business. While an understanding of business is helpful, it is not essential as full training and support will be provided. Likewise, while an understanding of healthcare is helpful, it is not essential as we provide a lot of training around this subject.
You should be prepared to dedicate time to complete initial training and ensure your business is set up for success.
As part of your CQC registration, you will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check, and you may be subject to financial and health checks. These are standard requirements of the regulator.
