TaxAssist Accountants is the UK’s largest network providing tax advice and accountancy services specifically for small and medium sized businesses, sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and personal taxpayers. The franchisee will build and run their own accountancy practice from shop front premises for visibility, providing first-class services to hundreds of clients. Initially, the franchisee is likely to spend time attracting new clients, managing customer relationships and leading their team.
To open a TaxAssist franchise, you will need a minimum investment of £40,000 (including a franchise fee of £19,950+VAT for a new start franchise or, £9,975+VAT if converting an existing practice to TaxAssist or buying a franchise resale), and the total investment is around £100,000.
TaxAssist will help the candidate with finding the right premises, negotiating their lease and planning permission through to refurbishment, staffing advice and holding the launch event. Full and professional initial and ongoing training is provided to all franchisees. Accountancy and tax training is provided by in-house staff and specialist training partners for franchisees. The initial training course lasts for 4 weeks in total, plus follow-up days.
Further update days and operation manuals are provided while the support website offers access to technical releases, marketing strategies and templates, online tutorials, advice, additional service providers, training materials, practice management tools and more.
