Training and support
The initial training programme is for 1 week, held at the company's head office, and focuses on software packages, sales training, stock ordering and controls, customer service and engineering. This is followed by a minimum of two weeks field training during the launch of the new franchisee’s business.Ongoing support includes:
- A dedicated Franchise Manager, assisting with the day-to-day running of the vending business,
