ServiceMaster Clean is a specialist cleaning brand offering four franchise opportunities:

• Commercial contract cleaning, serving any commercial business with regular janitorial services.
• Residential carpet cleaning, visiting home owners for carpet, hard floor and upholstery cleans.
• Commercial carpet cleaning, offering the same core services as our residential carpet cleaning franchise: cleaning carpets, hard floor and upholstery, but in the commercial sector.
• Disaster restoration, helping both home owners and commercial customers clean up after emergencies and disasters.

An initial two-week training programme covers all aspects of running the businesses including staff management, sales, marketing, business management software, technical support, health and safety as well as a host of other procedures and processes required to operate the franchises. The training programme takes place both at the ServiceMaster Franchise Support Centre in Leicester and on-site with existing franchisees to learn first-hand about running and operating a ServiceMaster Clean franchise.

The franchisee will be provided with exclusive ServiceMaster Clean computer software, start–up equipment and cleaning products for approximately 12 months, operations and marketing manuals and an initial marketing package.
