A 12-week launch programme is available to franchisees. They start with initial training where they learn the Rosemary method of bookkeeping and sales and marketing. They have access to Rosemary’s knowledge banks and the franchisor will work with them on getting the marketing up and running for launch. At the end for the launch programme, a free 1:1 days are planned which are tailored to the franchisee.

After launch, a support helpdesk is available by phone or email and covers every aspect of the business including:
