Training and support
All franchisees follow a 4-week initial training programme where they’re introduced to technical, sales, marketing and admin aspects. This is followed by a one-week mentoring session with an experience member of the Revive! staff. Franchisees will receive the Revive! operations manual to which they can refer at any time during the contract term. Both franchisees and technicians can become Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) and Automotive Technicians Accreditation (ATA) qualified.Ongoing support includes local and national marketing campaigns, IT support for the Revive! app, bookkeeping and credit control, support for technicians, etc.
