Training and support
The new franchisee will receive an immersive programme of training as a new partner on the operations of the business, on sales and marketing and on Pitman products and how to sell and use them. Three days training at head office is provided to all new members of the franchise network.All new partners benefit from the hands-on support of the following dedicated staff:
- A Franchise Manager, who is there to guide and assist new partners through the opening process, from the initial meeting stage to the centre opening,
- A Franchise Development Manager, to advise primarily on sales and marketing within the centre,
- The Marketing team, which offers initial and ongoing marketing support,
- The Customer Support team, who will answer centre staff questions,
- Financial, Accounts and Ordering Support, to help set up business accounts, advise on invoices, etc.
- The Product Development team, working on the latest training products to meet the market demand,
- The Pitman Training Advisory Committee (PTAC), appointed by franchisees to make their voices heard and meeting quarterly.
