Pirtek provide the fastest and most convenient service available, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, offering a comprehensive range of fluid transfer solutions, products and services to industries including: agriculture; automotive; construction & plant hire; defence; environmental; services; manufacturing; marine & offshore; material handling; mining & quarrying; transport & logistics; utilities. The bulk of the work is replacing burst or damaged hydraulic hoses via the mobile service engineers. Pirtek's franchisees manage a Centre that is open to the public and a team of mobile hydraulics engineers providing an emergency service. Pirtek and its franchise network hold ISO 9001 (quality systems), ISO 14001 (environmental standard) and OHSAS 18001 (health and safety) approvals.
All sales of Pirtek franchises are resales.

Pirtek has a dedicated training facility in Birmingham. All new franchisees will have a customised training programme depending upon experience and skills. This Induction Programme is City & Guilds accredited. Training delivered includes: technical, administrative, sales, management and personal skills. All courses are delivered by experts in their field.
Ongoing support comes in different ways: business development, marketing material and advice, administrative support, technical and sourcing support, as well as asking fellow franchisees for help. A team of Area Operations Managers and Sales Managers will assist the franchisee.
