A full week of training is provided at Molly Maid’s headquarters before opening. A dedicated Business Advisor will help the franchisee in the launch of the business, spend the first week at the new office, and then be close at hand throughout the duration of the franchise agreement. Ongoing training is provided too.

Regular seminars and conventions are organised to help franchise owners interact.

Paid search advertising is initiated during training week and generates most of the requests for service, which means a new franchisee will have requests even before they officially open their business.
