Kaspa’s are a chain of exciting new dessert parlours that offer the world’s favourite hot and cold desserts under one roof. Kaspa’s Desserts define themselves as modern, colourful, vibrant and funky and the demand is strong: people love desserts. The brand is now well represented in major cities and towns across the UK.



The franchisee’s role is to develop the business and build a strong, successful team. This means recruiting and training staff, managing day-to-day operations and local marketing. Two store designs are available, depending on budget and location: Kaspa's Kiosk or Kaspa's Classic.

A training package is provided to each new franchisee, which will cover everything that is needed to operate a Kaspa’s franchise, including comprehensive manuals for guidance and reference in all aspects of running the business. Each franchisee will train for 160 hours in-store. Kaspa’s offers assistance with site selection, store design and fit out, staff training and more.

Ongoing support through regular training and marketing updates is provided. A National Marketing Fund is in place for national advertising.
