Kare Plus delivers care and support to individuals in their own homes, and supplying nurses, healthcare assistants, homecarers and more to the private and public sector. There are two franchise formats available: the Dual Model franchise offering specialist care provider to private hospitals and nursing homes, as well as support people in their homes; the Homecare franchise focuses on providing care in people’s homes. The franchisee will be based in their office and will work on business development, on-site visits, staff recruitment, attending network events, staff appraisals, training and more.

The franchisee will receive assistance in site selection and in setup before opening. After launch, ongoing support is provided from specific departments at the head office and includes one-to-one business development support, strategic recruitment campaigns, marketing campaigns, ongoing business planning, compliance and regulations, and more. A marketing start-up pack is provided, then additional marketing materials can be purchased from the franchisor’s preferred suppliers.
