Greensleeves is a lawn care franchise. As well as offering seasonal treatments to lawns across the UK, Greensleeves offers additional mechanical and chemical treatments such as scarifying, lawn renovation and more. Each lawn is typically treated five times a year which means recurring income for franchisees.



A Greensleeves franchisee will analyse, advise and treat their customer’s lawns. The business is home-based, at least at the beginning. Once the number of customers grows, the franchisees will need to employ other technicians and will focus on managing the business rather than visiting customers.

The new franchisees follow an initial 2-week training programme where they learn how to run the business, how to provide lawn care services, marketing, health and safety, business and financial planning. Various training sessions are available throughout the contract term. The head office will help with the launch of the franchise.

After launch, the franchise support team is available by phone or email for advice or help. Regular visits are planned to see how the franchisee is getting on. Ongoing support in the admin, financial and marketing is also delivered. Greensleeves encourages franchisees to talk and share ideas.
