Training and support
Before store opening, the franchisee will receive a three-week training programme, including sales training, operator training, shop floor training, as well as a recruitment plan and a local marketing launch plan. A store mentor will be there at the launch for a week to help the new franchisee make their first sales. During the contract term, franchisees receive ongoing training, account management support, compliance visits and support, marketing design support.
