First Class Learning is a network of after-school education centres offering maths and English tuition to children of all ages. FCL's maths and English programmes have been created by a team of qualified specialists, with a wealth of experience in the education sector. All resources are designed to meet the learning objectives of the National Curriculum for England and Wales and the Curriculum for Excellence in Scotland.
The Centre Manager will be provided with the tools and training to assess each child and create a unique learning programme. The franchisee can choose the days and times that suit their venues, as well as the fee structure for their centre; the business model is flexible.
The First Class Learning franchise is a low-cost opportunity that offers entrepreneurs the chance to start their own business in the education sector. The franchise fee is £8,000 to £16,000, plus VAT, with a total investment of £16,000.
The franchisee will receive an intensive 2-day training course at the company’s headquarters in Reading, as well as the ‘Operations Manual’ and an extensive bank of resources. They will have access to study materials, available in print and on demand, a full range of marketing materials and a mentoring programme, connecting them with an experienced Centre Manager for the first few months of operation. The package also covers website setup and access to the Centre Managers Portal (CMP), marketing and business support and an Accelerator Launch Package. All Centre Managers also have access to a private forum, allowing managers to share in each other’s successes and discuss any business-related matters they encounter.
To become a First Class Learning franchisee, you will need the following:
- You must be educated to first degree level or equivalent.
- You must have a desire to work with children in a rewarding environment.
- You must be able to commit to the franchise for a minimum of five years.
